Foodoofus Most Creative Dish: One of the bright minds of SF Bay Area’s Incanto created this impromptu ‘spaghetti’ using only the pig skin. Add the complementary savoriness of the porcini and truffles and you got yourselves quite a small dish packing a lot of richness.
